Refund policy

At MORYA MASALE, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Due to the nature of food products, opened or used food items cannot be returned.

Eligible Returns:
• Wrong product delivered.
• Damaged product received.
• Product missing from order.

Return Conditions:
• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customer must provide photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Refund Process:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Opened food products.
• Used products.
• Customized products.
